I am the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Owner, and President of SMT Partners, a company specializing in sports, media, and technology. SMT authentic brand delivers powerful storytelling, compelling content, and Intriguing experiences. 

As CEO, I provide vision and leadership for SMT’s transformative initiatives and continuous improvement. My role  encompasses primarily but inclusively brand modernization and stability. This approach advances our mission, enabling SMT to compete and thrive.

Abdelhamid is fascinated with football, and first-time author of The Executive’s Leading The Pack Series  In Football Business.

Before SMT, I founded Aias231 identity & data branding, and Kalmar & Partners Advisory. As a strategic advisor and business developer with robust data and analytics skills, I have successfully led cross-domain projects and developed strategic models, driving significant growth and ensuring efficient operations at scale.

I established Kalmar & Partners and created the SSP+I 365® performance model along with the GPR+S® value propositions model. These structured models have successfully unified business and technology,resulting in significant refinement: enhanced operational efficiency by 39%,increased overall business growth by 25%, boosted profit margins by 5%, elevated brand awareness by 75%,and Improved customer engagement by 70%.

I hold an MSc in Business Administration from Kalmar University, Baltic Business School and from the University of Brest, School Of  Business. Additionally, I have a BE in Engineering from Al Ahliyya University, School of Computer and Communication.
